The one thing that no one can take away from Vilamoura is it’s beautiful landscapes. The pretty water and crazy caves are a must see.
A guided tour - Ocean Quest
A great way to see a lot of the coasts must-sees is by enjoying a guided tour to a lot of the hotspots of Algarve’s most stunning scenery. On the boat, they also offer free small samples of some local wines and treats. Half way through the trip, you also get the chance to take a swim for a short while before heading back home!
Rent a private Yacht
For those that might want to enjoy a private and more luxurious tour, where you have more flexibility in what exactly you want to see and do, a neat yacht might be the thing for you. Bring up to 8 of your closest friends and family and enjoy a welcome glass of champagne and however much beer and wine you want during the trip, all included.
Praia da marinha
A personal favorite is the beautiful Praia da Marinha. Praia da Marinha is an extraordinary beach that is just beautiful. It is a smaller beach that has amazing rock formations that can’t go unnoticed. At the beginning of the beach there is little restaurant where you can get smaller meals and snacks. The beach lies in the town of Carvoeiro, which is about 50 minutes away from the house.
Praia da Falésia
Praia da Falésia is the beach that is closest to the house. So if you’re not feeling like getting tickets for boat trips, driving too far, or for whatever reason it may be, this beach is great. It’s a pretty beach with a few restaurants and activities as it lies right next to the Marina.
